Dr Imran Kausar is an entrepreneur and medical doctor. He is the co-founder of UK based food brand Haloodies and the Halal Food Festival, London. In this interview, Imran discusses the move from Medicine to business; the nature of the Halal meat industry and lessons from his childhood experiences.
